Chronic Inflammation And Back Pain

by Margaret
(North Dakota)

The reason I have inflammation is I am addicted to sugar. I have been since I was a kid and my mother loved to bake and feed me her goodies. I now know this is a cause of inflammation, but it is so hard to change old habits.

I can tell that I feel better when I follow an anti inflammation diet just like you talk about.

It's hard to understand how inflammation and back pain can be related but they must be because like I said I have less back pain when I stay away from sugar. I have also started taking omega 3 supplements and I'm sure that helps as well.
