I wish I had known about anti inflammatory foods a long time ago. People used to say avoid chocolate and soda. But I never heard of sugars and breads and oils causing acne. If I could be a teenager again I would follow the anti inflammatory diet and have nice skin. Oh well I can't turn back the clock, but I can tell my kids and their friends to watch out for inflammatory foods if they want clear skin.
