Cranberry Relish Recipe

Great for Thanksgiving!

1 orange, cut in half, peel only part of it
1/4 lemon, remove only part of the rind
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 small apple, cut in quarters- no need to peel
1/4 cup sugar or to taste

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.

Select variable 1

Turn machine on and quickly increase to variable 4.

Use tamper as necessary to press ingredients into the blades.

Blend 10-15 seconds

You want it to be chunky

This is easy and sooo good. I can't wait to serve it for thanksgiving dinner. I hope there's some left. I like it just for a snack.
